Filing a notice

Your written notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. Identification of the material on Kink-Folio and sufficient information to locate it (URL, username)
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g). We may restore content unless the complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights may be terminated.

False claims

Knowingly submitting false notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
