Kink-Folio (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by SageWorkx LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, username, display name, password (stored via our authentication provider), profile photo, banner, bio
- Portfolio data: sections, themes, photos, negotiation forms, and messages you choose to publish
- Usage data: device type, browser, approximate region, pages viewed, and security logs
- Communications: negotiation form submissions, support requests, and notification preferences
- Optional: push notification tokens if you enable alerts
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve Kink-Folio
- Send transactional email (verification, password reset, notifications you opt into)
- Enforce Terms, Content Policy, and legal obligations
- Respond to support and legal requests
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under contractual confidentiality
- Other users when you publish a portfolio or submit a form to another user
- Authorities when required by law or to protect safety
4. Public portfolios
Content you mark as published may be visible to anyone with your link or QR code. Use privacy controls (draft mode, passwords, age gates) before sharing sensitive information.
5. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. You may delete your account or request deletion of certain data by contacting privacy@kink-folio.com. Backups may persist for a limited period.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on user data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@kink-folio.com. We will verify requests before responding.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Report concerns to privacy@kink-folio.com.
9. International users
Data may be processed in the United States where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to transfer and processing in those locations subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes
We will update this Policy when practices change. The effective date and version at the top will reflect the latest revision.
