Kink-Folio (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by SageWorkx LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Overview

This policy defines what may be hosted on Kink-Folio. All users must comply with applicable law and community safety standards.

Prohibited content

• Content sexualizing or exploiting minors in any way
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn) or hidden recording
• Human trafficking, coercion, or credible threats of violence
• Illegal drugs sales, weapons sales where prohibited, or fraud schemes
• Malware, phishing, or spam
• Hate speech targeting protected classes in a manner that incites harm

Allowed with care

Consensual adult expression, BDSM education, negotiation forms, event promotion, and artistic nudity are permitted when lawful and consensually shared. Label intense content appropriately and use age gates when needed.

Negotiation forms & messaging

Forms and inbox messages must not be used to harass, extort, or distribute others’ private data without consent.

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable sharing, or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to authorities. Appeals: legal@sageworkx.com.
